Welcome to A Special Place Learning Center! We are excited to introduce you to our Pre-K program, where we are passionate about building strong foundations that prepare children for a confident and successful transition into kindergarten and beyond.

Our Curriculum
Our Pre-K program is thoughtfully designed using the Frog Street and CLI Engage curriculums, both of which are research-based and developmentally appropriate. These programs focus on the whole child—supporting growth in language, literacy, math, social-emotional development, and critical thinking skills. Even more importantly, our curriculum is aligned with Needville Elementary School’s kindergarten standards, ensuring that your child is fully prepared for the next step in their educational journey.

Our Specialized Programs
At A Special Place, we believe in enriching young minds through diverse learning experiences. Our students participate in daily Spanish classes, helping them develop early language skills, cultural awareness, and confidence in communication. We also believe in hands on learning activities in STEM and experiences in the community such as Library visits!

Our Staff
Our educators are highly qualified and dedicated professionals who hold Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials. They are not only trained in early childhood education but are also passionate about nurturing each child’s unique gifts, guiding them with patience, love, and intentional teaching.
